  1. ARE YOU A BEACHFRONT HOTEL?
    We are located  in White Beach, but we are not a beachfront hotel. Our location is just a 3-minute walk to the beach proper. We are a very private hotel. Unlike most beachfront hotels, no vendors and passers-by are allowed within our hotel premises. Only registered guests are allowed inside our hotel. We also have a security guard to man the gates and CCTV cameras are  installed all around the hotel. Moreover, we are one of a few resorts in White Beach, Puerto Galera that offer free recreational amenities like a Swimming Pool, Billiards, Darts, and Videoke.
     
  2. MAXIMUM PERSONS PER ROOM? 
    We have rooms for 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 persons. We only allow 1 additional extra mattress for rooms that can accommodate 2, 4, and 6 persons. Our Family Rooms (good for 8 persons) and Super Family Rooms (good for 10 persons) cannot accommodate extra mattresses.
     
  3. WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME?
    Our Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm
     
  4. WHAT IF WE ARRIVE EARLY AT THE HOTEL, CAN WE CHECK-IN EARLIER?
    We allow early check-ins as long as your booked room is already available (earliest possible check-in time is at 10:00 am). If your assigned room is presently occupied, we will have to follow our standard check-in time of 2:00 pm.
     
  5. HOW FAR IS YOUR HOTEL FROM THE PORT?
    There are 2 ports in Puerto Galera. Depending on what shipping company you take, you will either get off at Balatero Port or at Muelle Port. White Beach is just a 7-minute tricycle ride from Balatero Port while it will take  25-minutes from Muelle Port.
     
  6. DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH KITCHEN / MINI REFRIGERATOR? 
    All our rooms have queen size beds with toilet and bath (hot and cold shower also available). Our rooms are not equipped with kitchen facilities or a refrigerator.
     
  7. IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN YOU PACKAGES?
    Breakfast is not yet included in our regular rates. We do have a restaurant where you can enjoy a good breakfast before you venture out for the day. At times, we do come up with special promos where breakfast may already be included, just visit our promo page every now and then to check for  special packages.
     
  8. ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD INSIDE THE HOTEL?
    We have our own restaurant where you can enjoy sumptuous meals. You can bring snacks inside the hotel but we strongly discourage bringing in cooked food. We may apply corkage fees to food brought inside the hotel.
     
  9. ARE WE ALLOWED TO COOK INSIDE THE HOTEL?
    Unfortunately, we don’t have facilities for our guests to cook. Moreover, we want you to enjoy your vacation! Just leave the cooking to us.
     
  10. DO YOU HAVE RESTAURANT INSIDE THE HOTEL?
    Yes, our restaurant offers a variety of Filipino dishes. 
     
  11. KIDS POLICY?
    Kids 7 years old and up are already considered adults and will be charged accordingly. Kids below 7 are free of charge.
     
  12. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? 
    As much as we love pets, we do not allow pets inside our hotel rooms.
     
  13. DO YOU ACKNOWLEDGE SENIOR CITIZENS and PWD DISCOUNTS?
    Yes we do, but for food purchases only.
     
  14. DO YOU OFFER TOUR PACKAGES?
    Yes, we have our own in-house tour coordinator. But we suggest that you arrange tours upon your arrival at the hotel. There is no need for advance bookings for tours.
